REFUND POLICY

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable by default and are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis prior to the appointment.

Cancellation by the Client

If the client cancels an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be retained in full and no refund will be issued.

If the client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be either refunded in full, or the appointment may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date at the client's request.

Cancellation by Noa Lux

In the event that Noa Lux cancels an appointment, the client will be offered either a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule to a mutually agreed date.

General Terms

All arrangements, including deposit amounts and payment methods, are agreed upon privately and directly between the client and Noa Lux. Noa Lux reserves the right to cancel any appointment at her sole discretion. By proceeding with a booking and submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
